Chef Mickael was extremely professional, came with his fresh products and tools, and created the most perfect dinner. Service was impeccable, the chef was very discreet, he was friendly and keen to explain when we asked him what he was preparing. Derrick ran the bar at our housewarming party. He was professional and courteous. The cocktails were great. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and were very complimentary of Derrick and his colleague. I would highly recommend having Derrick as your mixologist.

Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. I could not recommend her more!
