And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!

Mattia quickly took charge of our bar, offering fantastic cocktail suggestions that perfectly complemented the party's atmosphere. His mixing skills were precise and impeccable, and he even extended his service for an additional 30 minutes to ensure our evening continued smoothly.
