Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

He was briefed to be authentically himself, for a fun Executive Leadership (household name) informal BBQ and he did this so well, he was very much part of the evening team of 3 in total supporting.

I had the BEST birthday dinner party thanks to Jacob. Absolutely exceptional food - one of the best meals we've EVER had. Our guests were totally wowed. My mouth is watering just thinking about it writing this! The surf and turf was incredible. Jacob was so friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home - just the right amount of presence so we didn't feel like there was a stranger at the party! He fitted in so well and it all went seamlessly with everything tidied and cleaned up at the end as if no one had been in the kitchen! I'd HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to invite Jacob to our next special occasion 😁.

The guests really enjoyed popping in and out of the kitchen watching Jacob prep the meals. He didn’t mind people asking things and we all really enjoyed his company.
Soft shell crab - to die for! The masala sauce was on point and the presentation was impeccable.
Jacob realised we had chosen similar sauces for our starters and mains and he used his intuition to change a few things with the mains which was delicious.
Dessert - The Rum soaked sticky toffee pudding was not too sweet, had the right consistency and we all whacked it ( despite being so full from the starters and mains). It was so nice to experience a family recipe. Jacob, your grandma must be so proud!
It was a real pleasure to have Jacob cook for us for a birthday dinner for 8. The food was diviine and he was really charming. He easily made himself at home in the ktichen and got on with things with ease and no fuss. He left the kitchen spick and span. We would be delighted to have him cook for us at any occasion. Jacob was a brilliant chef for my dinner party last week. All of the communication up until the event was smooth and transparent - there were plenty of options provided for the menu and Jacob was able to accommodate all my requests with ease. On the night, Jacob was engaging, knowledgeable and he even cleaned up after. I couldn't recommend more highly and will certainly be using Jacob again.
