It was such a treat to have a meal at home with Chef Bahar to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Persian inspired menu looked amazing and Bahar’s cooking and presentation was exquisite. Most of the dishes were new to us and it was wonderful to taste authentic Persian cuisine. We were so impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. The Hometainment team were quick to respond to my enquiry, which was rather last minute, and help chose a menu and chef to best suit our request of vegetarian menu and budget.
Mickael created an incredible menu and demonstrated the versatility of vegan cuisine. An amazing home experience.
Chef Aida Khan has put a lot of thought into creating an authentic experience for her clients. My favourite is the lamb shoulder and palak paneer with sourdough naan.
We were very fortunate to have Mimi cater our wedding. From the get-go Mimi was super engaged, flexible and approachable. When it came to the actual weekend Mimi was a force of good-natured efficiency. She kept us aware of any issues that need our input but without adding to the inevitable last-minute wedding stress. She was even up at 4 AM checking on the slow cooking lamb! On the day it was all better than we could have hoped for. Everything was utterly delicious, but also and importantly for us not the standard wedding fare (apart from honey mustard sausages obvs). The Asian pork belly was a particular favourite canape of mine as was the tuna tartare. The lamb for the main was honestly the best I have had, and I know several typically non lamb-eating friends had to do some soul searching afterwards. I would recommend Mimi to anyone for whom food is a priority. She provides something a bit different (and in my experience better) that most catering companies, helping to create an atmosphere that will feel uniquely yours

What impressed me the most was how personable Jessie is also her process of customising the menu to our liking. The food was delicious (and educational ;-)), my guests and I loved how well the CBD oils were paired with the courses. I highly recommend Jessie and would definitely hire her again.

Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!
I'm always wary of the authenticity of the taste whenever it's said to be Indian or Pakistani. The food here definitely passes the test with flying colours. Aida's palak paneer is absolutely lovely and fluffy and creamy. The okra fries are also very addictive. The best part is the plate they serve with rice & absolutely fresh salad. Totally worth it.
