Kate is a truly gifted spirit and a powerful yet nurturing force, ready to hold you in strength and love through the transcendent and powerful journey of Sound Journey that she facilitates. I have always felt safe, encouraged and empowered by her, and beyond that - I always feel that I can be truly vulnerable in her presence, knowing that there is no judgment or diminishing of my experiences - only elevation, warmth, empathy and love. Had a wonderful session with Ekta, very calming and friendly atmosphere and the process I very much enjoyed, which helped me to relax, and taught me how observe my mind. The final completed Mandala is beautiful and I find it will hold meaning on this current period in my life - love the class and highly recommend!
It was fantastic having Diana run the Reiki session for the group this week. She made everyone feel comfortable and welcome, and we had many wonderful comments from those who took part. The comms to organise it was really well done and the set up for the session super simple. We were also lucky enough to do the session our office roof garden which made it all the more special.

Kate has been a huge pinnacle in my life for helping me understand myself and everything greater than myself. So I knew I was going to be in for something extremely special when I went to her sound healing. I was absolutely blown away. Everything from the setting, the space and practice was incredibly powerful. However when she sang with her bowls, I completely transcended in to the most mind-blowing mystical abyss. Her voice is one of the most beautiful, combined with the bowls it is truly special. She has a pure gift which everyone needs to experience
The community that gathers at these events is spectacular! There is such an energy in there of just acceptance, love, oneness and bonding and that is so conducive to any practice, it allows you to drop your guard, to relax into the moment and to experience the profound effects of breathwork.
I have suffered of muscle pain and lack of energy for years now, so was very keen to try Reiki. Diana was amazing, very attentive and professional. My health issues started to get better, I'm really grateful.
