Phenomenal every course! Charles created a stunning fish & seafood focused menu for my summer birthday party, and I was absolutely blown away. A particular highlight was the XL Scallop with caviar starter, but every course had rave reviews from my guests. Presentation was absolutely perfect too.

Lobster rolls for the win! Absolutely stellar evening. Charles crafted the perfect night for a fun birthday dinner with mates. Easy to deal with in the build up, Charles was more than happy to tweak the menu to cater for all tastes. On the night Charles and team were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and the lobster rolls stole the show. Spot on!

We had a great event thanks to Charles. He really made it a special occasion. He was efficient, polite, excellent at his job. The food was amazing - so beautiful and professional. Presentation was gorgeous. Exactly what we asked for. A lovely occasion made by Charles. He even made fishfingers and a bacon sandwich for the kids! Nothing was too much trouble. The wine that was recommended was unusual and absolutely gorgeous.

Charles was great. Punctual, personable, organised and a great chef. We all really loved his food and had a wonderful time celebrating a friend's 50th.

We had Charlie cook for a weekend house party in Warwickshire. Communication beforehand was very good, his suggested menus were exactly what we wanted and he was willing and able to accommodate some last minute additional guests. Dinner for 14 on Saturday evening was a triumph (Beef Wellington to die for) followed up with a delicious brunch on Sunday morning to send our guests on their way. To top it all, he left the kitchens in a better state than he found them. We will certainly be booking Charlie again.

Amazing birthday party! Charlie’s food is out of this world. Simply stunning. If you want a really amazing gourmet experience and fun dinner party, book him. He’s a lovely man too.

All the guests equally were so pleased. Especially the scallops and macaroni and cheese! He created a menu with lots of variety and fitting to our theme. His kitchen helper was also excellent at his job and Charles organised everything very smoothly. Would love to use the chef again for a private dinner next time, as we had a party with 35 guests this time. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fabulous food and wonderful service! We absolutely loved having Charles and his colleague Alistair cater for us - they were both completely professional and also really helpful and friendly. I was worried it would be odd having someone else in the kitchen while we were in and out but they put us completely at ease. And the food was AMAZING. Would definitely recommend.

VIP BBQ for a Pool Party! WOWEE - where to even start. Charlie curated the most gorgeous bespoke BBQ menu for 35 of us on Saturday. There was a bit of everything for everyone, personal favourites were bone marrow, scallops and mussels. The canapés were gorgeously presented and just tasted so fresh, I was honestly blown away by it all and my friends have been commenting non stop, I will be seeing you for my next event!

Charles and team were excellent at every step. We had a wine tasting for my wife and 14 friends for her birthday. He curated a menu to pair with the wines but also to cater to her requests and dietary requirements. It was a complete home run! Definitely will be a repeat customer!
