Waiter in uniform (white or white shirt, black trouser, black shoes) Important: Waiter based on a minimum 4 hour shift. If shift finishes past 11:30pm there is an additional £40 charge for travel home for HOMEtainers. Additional waiters can be placed accordingly depending on the amount of guests. As it happened the chef they had selected was ill at the very last minute, but the team found a fantastic replacement at the last minute. Chef Ory was exceptional - flawless food and made the evening for my parents.
