This was a first for our family when hiring a large house for a 60th/70th and Jacob was great from the initial contact through to menu choice, flexibility and was very reassuring as the date approached. He arrived on time and was discreet, positive and down to earth and a joy to have around. His service support lady was equally charming and everyone was really impressed with the quality of food, presentation and quantity. Would highly recommend if you want a quality stress free dinner party. We had 24 people in the end with some last minute changes, which he graciously accommodated. Excellent all round! Would definitely hire again. Plus great value for money!
Jacob cooked an incredible 3 course meal with <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/experiences/private-chefs/canapes" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">canapes</a>. Each dish was full of unique flavours and interesting, fresh ingredients. The presentation was beautiful and portions were huge! Jacob was super accommodating and friendly, with great service!
Jacob cooked a great Mexican dinner for 19 of us. He prepared everything the day before and shared clear instructions for us to put it altogether. It was perfect!

Jacob was a brilliant chef for my dinner party last week. All of the communication up until the event was smooth and transparent - there were plenty of options provided for the menu and Jacob was able to accommodate all my requests with ease. On the night, Jacob was engaging, knowledgeable and he even cleaned up after. I couldn't recommend more highly and will certainly be using Jacob again.

Jacob served up cananpes for 30 for a drinks party. The <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/experiences/private-chefs/canapes" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">canapes</a> were truly delicious and he was professional friendly and fun (he is dog friendly too).
He arrived 1.5hr before the guests having already prepared the food. He finished it off, plated up and cleared up before leaving. Everyone thought the food was amazing.
Jacob was quick to respond to questions, incredibly helpful and was a delight to work with and have in the house.
Would highly recommend and would definitely book him again.

Absolutely exceptional food - one of the best meals we've EVER had. Our guests were totally wowed. My mouth is watering just thinking about it writing this! The <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/experience/euro-asian-fusion-menu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">surf and turf</a> was incredible. Jacob was so friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home - just the right amount of presence so we didn't feel like there was a stranger at the party! He fitted in so well and it all went seamlessly with everything tidied and cleaned up at the end as if no one had been in the kitchen! I'd HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to invite Jacob to our next special occasion 😁.

Additionally, he's reasonably priced and his menu showed thought and generosity to client.
He was briefed to be authentically himself, for a fun Executive Leadership (household name) informal BBQ and he did this so well, he was very much part of the evening team of 3 in total supporting.
Food was great and a huge hard worker too.
Jacob made us such an exceptional dinner - we loved every mouthful of it! We had both the pork and salmon canapés, crab crumpets to start, <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/experience/euro-asian-fusion-menu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">surf and turf</a> for main and the sticky toffee pudding to complete a wonderful meal. Jacob was warm and friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. This was the first time we have had someone cook in our home for us and we would definitely book him to cook for us again.
