Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. The food was sensational....we had limited options due to various food allergies and dietary needs, but Evy came up with a magnificent menu that suited out needs. It was a fabulous meal...and best of all no washing up! I would highly recommend Evy for any home chef needs.
