With 5 years experience as a yacht chef, I can bring some excellent value to your holiday. Enjoy your time without having to worry about your meals and clearing up after onboard. Elevate your mornings with home cooked breakfast for when you wake up, and you can choose whether you would prefer to have lunch or dinner onboard depending on the day you have planned for your activities. With many stories to share from over the years, I am a go-to chef for many guests who sail in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. I can design a menu catered towards your dietary requirements. The food shop we can either do together (some people like to choose their wine and cereals!) or this can be done the morning on the departure date by myself.
