Jacob was lovely and prepared a wonderful 4-course meal that each of our discerning guests truly enjoyed. He also brought good energy to our home and kitchen and cleaned and exited like a ninja while I entertained our company. Very professional and fun. We would definitely have him back.

Jacob came straight back to us with a delicious selection of menus. We agreed on food, price and timings very easily and with no hassle. Jacob arrived 2 hours before our guests to get set up in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous and fun! And presented an amazing selection of beautifully presented canapes followed by seared tuna starters, fillet beef based main and refreshing posset. Jacob washed up and left us to enjoy the rest of our evening. It was effortless for me and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you Jacob!

Chef Jacob did an outstanding job. He is brilliant at communicating and I requested all vegan dinner. We discussed my expectations, preferences etc and he sent a menu proposal from which I selected my choices. He delivered stunning food that wowed the crowd. He is talented and extremely personable, so a real asset to your portfolio.
Jacob made us such an exceptional dinner - we loved every mouthful of it! We had both the pork and salmon canapƩs, crab crumpets to start, surf and turf for main and the sticky toffee pudding to complete a wonderful meal. Jacob was warm and friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. This was the first time we have had someone cook in our home for us and we would definitely book him to cook for us again. This was a first for our family when hiring a large house for a 60th/70th and Jacob was great from the initial contact through to menu choice, flexibility and was very reassuring as the date approached. He arrived on time and was discreet, positive and down to earth and a joy to have around. His service support lady was equally charming and everyone was really impressed with the quality of food, presentation and quantity. Would highly recommend if you want a quality stress free dinner party. We had 24 people in the end with some last minute changes, which he graciously accommodated. Excellent all round! Would definitely hire again. Plus great value for money!

From start to finish, Jacob was incredibly professional and kind. Communication was great - shared menu options, had a quick call and we were set. Even when I had to add three guests the night before our event, Jacob was incredibly accommodating. He arrived a bit before the dinner to prep, was friendly and engaging with us (and even our dog Tina)!
Now for the food - five star restaurant quality in your own home. We did the crab & chili beignets and macerated tomatoes for canapĆ©s which were a perfect start to the night - and only got better from there. Highlight was the ribeye main - so buttery, probably one of the best ribeyes Iāve had (and Iām from Texas)!
All in all, weāll definitely be working with Jacob again and will be recommending him to everyone I know - thank you Jacob!

Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.
