Jacob was a brilliant chef for my dinner party last week. All of the communication up until the event was smooth and transparent - there were plenty of options provided for the menu and Jacob was able to accommodate all my requests with ease. On the night, Jacob was engaging, knowledgeable and he even cleaned up after. I couldn't recommend more highly and will certainly be using Jacob again.

We discussed my expectations, preferences etc and he sent a menu proposal from which I selected my choices. He delivered stunning food that wowed the crowd. Jacob did a great job and made us feel important from the first communication, which some other chefs hadn't when we were speaking with them. He was responsive and gave good ideas and suggestions when we spoke, allowing us to make the decisions quickly. He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event, Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed. The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.

Jacob cooked for us and a group of friends for my husband’s birthday. It was excellent! Not only was the good delicious (and the kitchen left spotless) but Jacob was very friendly too. He was happy to have our 3 young children watch him prepare the food and answered their endless questions. It was a wonderful evening thanks to Jacob!

Jacob came straight back to us with a delicious selection of menus. We agreed on food, price and timings very easily and with no hassle. Jacob arrived 2 hours before our guests to get set up in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous and fun! And presented an amazing selection of beautifully presented canapes followed by seared tuna starters, fillet beef based main and refreshing posset. Jacob washed up and left us to enjoy the rest of our evening. It was effortless for me and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you Jacob!

This was a first for our family when hiring a large house for a 60th/70th and Jacob was great from the initial contact through to menu choice, flexibility and was very reassuring as the date approached. He arrived on time and was discreet, positive and down to earth and a joy to have around. His service support lady was equally charming and everyone was really impressed with the quality of food, presentation and quantity. Would highly recommend if you want a quality stress free dinner party. We had 24 people in the end with some last minute changes, which he graciously accommodated. Excellent all round! Would definitely hire again. Plus great value for money!
