It’s perfect for any kind of occasion when you’re entertaining at HOME, from a romantic date, a comforting family dinner at HOME or when you want to catch up with friends but you don’t feel like cooking! The three course Persian meal includes: Starter: Mast o khiyar, is a scrumptious classic Persian salad of cool cucumbers with creamy yogurt, raisin, walnuts and infused with fragrant herbs. Roasted aubergine with fresh mint, pomegranate, walnuts and drain yoghurt dressing. Main: Ghormeh Sabzi: tender cooked lamb in intensely fragrant, rich and lemon herb gravy along with kidney beans. The dish is served with saffron basmati rice. Dessert: Rose water infused panna cotta with pistachio and sour cherry sauce.

It was such a treat to have a meal at home with Chef Bahar to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Persian inspired menu looked amazing and Bahar’s cooking and presentation was exquisite. Most of the dishes were new to us and it was wonderful to taste authentic Persian cuisine. We were so impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. The Hometainment team were quick to respond to my enquiry, which was rather last minute, and help chose a menu and chef to best suit our request of vegetarian menu and budget.
