Pan Asian canapes and Fusion 3 course

Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

Jacob served up cananpes for 30 for a drinks party. The <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/experiences/private-chefs/canapes" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">canapes</a> were truly delicious and he was professional friendly and fun (he is dog friendly too). He arrived 1.5hr before the guests having already prepared the food. He finished it off, plated up and cleared up before leaving. Everyone thought the food was amazing. Jacob was quick to respond to questions, incredibly helpful and was a delight to work with and have in the house. Would highly recommend and would definitely book him again.

We had the best evening when Jacob came to cook for us! Food was epic and it felt like a very special event. Highly recommend - in particular the French toast for dessert was very tasty and memorable!

I don’t know where to start. The whole experience was superb! The guests really enjoyed popping in and out of the kitchen watching Jacob prep the meals. He didn’t mind people asking things and we all really enjoyed his company. Soft shell crab - to die for! The masala sauce was on point and the presentation was impeccable. Jacob realised we had chosen similar sauces for our starters and mains and he used his intuition to change a few things with the mains which was delicious. Dessert - The Rum soaked sticky toffee pudding was not too sweet, had the right consistency and we all whacked it ( despite being so full from the starters and mains). It was so nice to experience a family recipe. Jacob, your grandma must be so proud!

Jacob's food was everything and more that we could have wanted for our special friend's Hen Party. We had canapés, starter and main. I particularly loved the crab crumpet. Thank you Jacob!
