Jacob did a great job and made us feel important from the first communication, which some other chefs hadn't when we were speaking with them. He was responsive and gave good ideas and suggestions when we spoke, allowing us to make the decisions quickly. He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event, Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed. The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.
Chef Jacob did an outstanding job. He is brilliant at communicating and I requested all vegan dinner. We discussed my expectations, preferences etc and he sent a menu proposal from which I selected my choices. He delivered stunning food that wowed the crowd. He is talented and extremely personable, so a real asset to your portfolio.

Jacob served up cananpes for 30 for a drinks party. The canapes were truly delicious and he was professional friendly and fun (he is dog friendly too). He arrived 1.5hr before the guests having already prepared the food. He finished it off, plated up and cleared up before leaving. Everyone thought the food was amazing. Jacob was quick to respond to questions, incredibly helpful and was a delight to work with and have in the house. Would highly recommend and would definitely book him again.
I cannot recommend Jacob more! From start to finish, Jacob was incredibly professional and kind. Communication was great - shared menu options, had a quick call and we were set. Even when I had to add three guests the night before our event, Jacob was incredibly accommodating. He arrived a bit before the dinner to prep, was friendly and engaging with us (and even our dog Tina)! Now for the food - five star restaurant quality in your own home. We did the crab & chili beignets and macerated tomatoes for canapés which were a perfect start to the night - and only got better from there. Highlight was the ribeye main - so buttery, probably one of the best ribeyes I’ve had (and I’m from Texas)! All in all, we’ll definitely be working with Jacob again and will be recommending him to everyone I know - thank you Jacob!
