Jacob was lovely and prepared a wonderful 4-course meal that each of our discerning guests truly enjoyed. He also brought good energy to our home and kitchen and cleaned and exited like a ninja while I entertained our company. Very professional and fun. We would definitely have him back.

From start to finish, Jacob was incredibly professional and kind. Communication was great - shared menu options, had a quick call and we were set. Even when I had to add three guests the night before our event, Jacob was incredibly accommodating. He arrived a bit before the dinner to prep, was friendly and engaging with us (and even our dog Tina)!
Now for the food - five star restaurant quality in your own home. We did the crab & chili beignets and macerated tomatoes for canapĆ©s which were a perfect start to the night - and only got better from there. Highlight was the ribeye main - so buttery, probably one of the best ribeyes Iāve had (and Iām from Texas)!
All in all, weāll definitely be working with Jacob again and will be recommending him to everyone I know - thank you Jacob!
This was a first for our family when hiring a large house for a 60th/70th and Jacob was great from the initial contact through to menu choice, flexibility and was very reassuring as the date approached. He arrived on time and was discreet, positive and down to earth and a joy to have around. His service support lady was equally charming and everyone was really impressed with the quality of food, presentation and quantity. Would highly recommend if you want a quality stress free dinner party. We had 24 people in the end with some last minute changes, which he graciously accommodated. Excellent all round! Would definitely hire again. Plus great value for money!

Jacob cooked a wonderful summermenue for my birthday party ! Everybody liked it. He made provisions for an allergic guest and was always very accommodating and very relaxed . He has a really nice personality and it was a pleasure to have him for this special event . Fab!
We asked Jacob to do some <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/experiences/private-chefs/canapes" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">canapƩs</a> for our small wedding reception and we were so impressed. Everything was so delicious and our guests were singing his praises later! The food was exquisite and Jacob was so friendly and professional. If we ever need a <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/hometainers/private-chefs" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">private chef</a> we will definitely ask Jacob again. We might just make up an excuse to have him cook for us again otherwise!
Jacob cooked for us and a group of friends for my husbandās birthday. It was excellent! Not only was the good delicious (and the kitchen left spotless) but Jacob was very friendly too. He was happy to have our 3 young children watch him prepare the food and answered their endless questions. It was a wonderful evening thanks to Jacob!

Jacob made us such an exceptional dinner - we loved every mouthful of it! We had both the pork and salmon canapƩs, crab crumpets to start, <a href="https://app.hometainment.co.uk/london/experience/euro-asian-fusion-menu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline;">surf and turf</a> for main and the sticky toffee pudding to complete a wonderful meal. Jacob was warm and friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. This was the first time we have had someone cook in our home for us and we would definitely book him to cook for us again. Jacob catered for my cousins hen do. His food and service was wonderful. There was lots of choice for the menu so we could make it tailored to our needs. Jacob was really great with catering for dietary requirements, especially around one of the guests being coeliac. I would definitely recommend Jacob if you are having a private party and need a chef.
