Jacob did a great job and made us feel important from the first communication, which some other chefs hadn't when we were speaking with them. He was responsive and gave good ideas and suggestions when we spoke, allowing us to make the decisions quickly. He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event, Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed. The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.

Jacob came straight back to us with a delicious selection of menus. We agreed on food, price and timings very easily and with no hassle. Jacob arrived 2 hours before our guests to get set up in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous and fun! And presented an amazing selection of beautifully presented canapes followed by seared tuna starters, fillet beef based main and refreshing posset. Jacob washed up and left us to enjoy the rest of our evening. It was effortless for me and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you Jacob!

We discussed my expectations, preferences etc and he sent a menu proposal from which I selected my choices. He delivered stunning food that wowed the crowd. Jacob's communication was one of the reasons I decided on him. Additionally, he's reasonably priced and his menu showed thought and generosity to client. He was briefed to be authentically himself, for a fun Executive Leadership (household name) informal BBQ and he did this so well, he was very much part of the evening team of 3 in total supporting. We asked Jacob to do some canapés for our small wedding reception and we were so impressed. Everything was so delicious and our guests were singing his praises later! The food was exquisite and Jacob was so friendly and professional. If we ever need a private chef we will definitely ask Jacob again. We might just make up an excuse to have him cook for us again otherwise!

Jacob catered for my cousins hen do. His food and service was wonderful. There was lots of choice for the menu so we could make it tailored to our needs. Jacob was really great with catering for dietary requirements, especially around one of the guests being coeliac. I would definitely recommend Jacob if you are having a private party and need a chef.

Jacob was a brilliant chef for my dinner party last week. All of the communication up until the event was smooth and transparent - there were plenty of options provided for the menu and Jacob was able to accommodate all my requests with ease. On the night, Jacob was engaging, knowledgeable and he even cleaned up after. I couldn't recommend more highly and will certainly be using Jacob again.
