An authentic tasting offering an opportunity to taste traditional pairings done by region or discover hidden gem wines and less well-known cheeses for surprises and most of all, a pleasure for your palate. Your sommelier Fleur, will take you through the secret of food & wine pairing while tasting premium wines and fine cheeses giving you enough information to impress your guest when entertaining. Each tasting will include a 125ml of each of the following premium wines and a generous serving of fine cheeses: - Sancerre with St Maure de Tourraine - Bourgogne Cote d’Or with Epoisse - Primitivo with Gorgonzola Naturale - Royal Tokaji late harvest with Gorgonzola Naturale Each wine tasting can be bespoke to fit your specific requirements so you and your guest can enjoy in the comfort of your home.
